Before i began on the mod-rocking of my wire structures i decided to have an attempt at laying out my composition as when they have been mod rocked before they dry they shall be too delicate to work with for the rest of the day meaning more lost time which there is minimal of remaining within this project.
I began to lay out the copies of my work in a random arrangement covering the wall as to showcase the work that went into the final version of the comic, there were however some areas of overlap with the hands and the copies but that would be something to consider at a alter stage. Once i had covered a substantial area of the wall i stood back and considered how best to improve the composition as when up close you are unable to see the work as it would be for the observers and their perspective upon my work and its presentation.
Baring this in mind i spent more time laying everything out and once i had i removed the hands from the wall and began ton mod rock them.
When it came to mod-rocking it was a relatively straight forward process however i found working with and around the curled fingers a rather difficult task at the strips kept snagging and access was rather restricted making it more tedious to cover. As a result those areas tend to have fewer layers and more minimal texture as it would draw you to the form more actively.
From here i intend to re add the hands once dry to my composition and refine upon it aiming towards an outcome that i find effective and that will have thee impact that i aim to portray to the observers.
