today i began to work with acrylic, a media that i am very unpracticed in and have found rather difficult to work with. I began by trying to use them over the concepts that i have been using in prior experiments as it helped me to hold onto the forms of my concepts with this unusual media for me.
Following this i began to add colour to the mod rocked hand as to test out some colour options for my presentational elements. i did this again with the application of acrylic paint in small patches however i don't feel that any of the combinations of tone work well for me so i feel that the use of a solid tone like Black or a darker hue of a colour would work best, due to the fact that it will make the focus more onto how i light it and the form of the hand(s).
From here i will be continuing to use different media to showcase my concepts and also draw up more plans about how i will be presenting the outcome for the deadline and the show.
