Today i spent time creating a few simplistic colour pallets using coloured pencils and trying to use multiple shades and tints of a hue to reflect the lighting. I found that these helped to showcase the forms and tonal contrast of the forms within my concepts.
I found the grey scale piece to be the most simplistic but the best representation of the form within my concept.
From here i shall try out other colour schemes before i carry on these into working with sharpies and more complex colour schemes. Eventually making my way towards more expressive media options.
