Over the weekend i spent my time working on improving the aesthetic of my outcome as at this point in my project i need to be focused on refining my work ready for the final phase in my work. I primarily focused on working on the points listed in my notes that were made on my 1st draft as they were the most obvious and destructive flaws within my work, so they were the first to be tackled. This consisted of re-arranging certain pages, adding in select pages at the rear of the outcome, alterations to the panels to clean up the edges and emphasize the colour hints.
During this i added a variant covers page as to showcase a few of my other cover options as it is something that is very common within the published comics market. But also i decided to add a little bit of information about the project as it is something that i have seen within various graphic novels that i have seen and read in the run up to this project.
All of this prepared me for printing a second draft of my outcome as i feel it will appear a more refined outcome but i will still be looking for more ways to improve and develop my outcome into a 3rd, maybe even a 4th draft.
