I began today with the goal to have a mock outcome and to see what elements i should alter and refine, but equally to give myself a clear representation of where i am at in this project.
I created my mock up using Publisher and printed at a scale smaller than intended to see how the art itself looks more clearly. Once i had done this i added notes about the order and placements of elements as to guide myself through what i want to refine to add to the impact of this outcome when fully completed for the deadline. another item i wanted to add was pages showing some other cover designs and a page telling the audience why this all came about after they've looked through the pages prior,as i think that it will help them to understand what i was thinking about and trying to convey through my work.
After this my most glaring area that lacked refinement and completion was a title for my piece, so i spent some time following this carefully considering a few options and settling with ' Desires Of Delusions'. I then went on to draft up a few ideas for titles that i was constantly comparing and building upon, to lead myself to a stage where i had a few that i enjoyed the concept of and wanted to carry on to a greater stage of refinement.
From here i will continue to refine a title idea to a refined piece ready to be used within my outcome and also complete other small adjustments from my notes, as to help improve the aesthetic of my outcome and its impact on the observer.
