Today the majority of my time was spent presenting and helping to assess other students work after returning to college following the A level Art exam. I also spent some time reviewing my progress and looking for how to improve by running through my work presenting it to my tutor. This has helped me to see the next steps that i should take moving forward. Despite this i also managed to re-organize my space in the studio and ink another page as a part of the run up to my outcome.
I felt that this page turned out well as i was able to base the majority of it within some part of reality that i could use to guide me, perhaps though that means that i might struggle with the more abstract and surreal ones. potentially i could do some experiments to test and see how it would change as its manipulated, my initial go to resources are probably going to be acrylic and emulsion, maybe ink too. But i also want to finish the page i started at the end of the day as i hate moving onto new things halfway through a piece.
